Hello everyone, I am in a situation where I am asking others for help. I have been going through an immense amount of change and that created some massive anxiety within me. That is still there but improving I believe, but not it's gone into some pretty intense insomnia. I have been using herbs, homeopathic, energy work, meditation and have even gotten some heavy duty sleep medication that would knock a horse out. I have slept the last 2 nights but that has been with these really large doses of meds that I do not wish to take nor become dependent upon.

I'm frustrated because this is distracting me from the work I need to do and of being of service to others. I don't often ask for others to send my Reiki, but I am now, so if you would I would greatly appreciate it.
