For a moment, imagine, a circle of bright white, at the edges you perceive a faint blue glow. It is on a completely white surface. As you stare at the circle you notice that there is a depth to it, the blue edges draw your eyes to notice the faint but perceptible depth as the circle becomes a sphere.

Keep you eyes focused on the center.

Notice that the sphere is moving, slowly, noticeable by the faint rippling of the blue / white light at the edges.

From the white center you hear a tone, a bell of a single note ringing out from the sphere. It at first is hard to hear but as you relax yourself and open your self up, you hear the tone and it is the most perfect tone for you.

Let the sphere turn, watch the unknowable depth at the center and here the perfect tone...

When you are ready, visualize the person or patient, situation or drama that has requested your healing.
