Please send distance Reiki to me, Scott, as I am feeling pretty low on energy and "out of it." I'm working on doing a bit more "neck down" work, out of the head and into the body, but I just feel like I've been under a huge boulder getting ground down to bits and pieces. Sounds weird because I can't say that I have that much stress in my life.

I just want to sleep...

Replenish...

Eat fatty foods, absorb chocolate, take long baths and long walks in green, lush wooded areas with no technology, no people.

Work is both energizing and depleting. People talk to me and I just drain down.

I do spend time in silence to replenish. It works but I feel that I cannot replenish my life source sufficient enough to keep up to day to day stuff.

When I do have a few days to just sleep in and relax I have no urge to do anything... it feels nice to just curl up, eat soup, zone and be quiet. What's up with this?
